So if you're a real leather lover but you prefer not to wear leather for reasons of principle, then the backpacks are really your thing.
Maintenance: spray with an impregnating spray against the rain like a real leather handbag. If it's dirty, wash it off with a cloth that's not too wet and let it dry (not near the heater).
