We went to our capital for three days (2 overnight stays). We chose it Jam hotel (with a lot of IG content), where we booked a room for 4.
The room itself was not really large, but we were charmed by the beautiful details and furnishings. Especially if you are someone with a weak VR interior (combination of wood / raw concrete / bedding / you want a swimming pool / ...)
We had made a 'small' plan in advance of what we were mainly going to do.
The first day (after checking in at 3 p.m.) we chose to 'just' walk around the capital. We walked past the well-known Manneke Pis, past Jeanneke Pis and past the lesser-known "Zinneke Pis" (the peeing dog, which is not actually looked at by a 'cat', but could charm us boys)
In Bussel there is also a nice children's shop, à la Anna Pops clothing, namely " Cat & Mouse ".
The 'corona' was especially palpable along the Rue de Boucher, the otherwise busy neighborhood was very calm, very bizarre to feel this so intensely...
