Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Anna Pops, a company with registered office at Eugeen Bosteelsstraat 10, 9300 Aalst, VAT BE 0727.965.303, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its web shop online.

Placing an order on the Anna Pops website constitutes express acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale, which are always available on the website.


Article 2: Price
All prices quoted are expressed in EURO or DOLLAR, always including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
The article price of the smallest available size is always displayed. When indicating the desired size, the corresponding price appears.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The customer can also always consult the delivery costs on the site under delivery & shipping.

We must use the recommended prices of the suppliers. We are therefore not responsible for any price increases due to fluctuations in the market.

The price quoted refers exclusively to the articles as literally described. The accompanying photos are intended to be decorative/informative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the e-commerce website is composed with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Anna Pops. Anna Pops is only bound to a means obligation with regard to the correctness and completeness of the information provided. Anna Pops is in no case liable in the event of obvious material errors, typographical errors or printing errors.

If you have specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, fit, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact us in advance via order@annapops.be or by telephone on 003253415739.

The offer is always valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by Anna Pops at any time. Anna Pops cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Availability
Our webshop offers you articles that we also present to our customers in the shop 'Anna Pops' in Aalst. If an article chosen by you in the webshop is simultaneously selected by a customer in the shop, we reserve the right to continue serving the shop customer. However, we hope - due to our large selection - to exclude this as much as possible and to be able to serve all our customers as desired. If this does occur, we will contact you so that you can - if desired - revise the order. You will of course be reimbursed immediately for the respective articles.

Colour
'Anna Pops' tries to depict the articles as faithfully as possible. However, keep in mind that factors such as a computer screen, ambient light, ... especially in the color can show small deviations from reality.

Mate
The size you order is according to the size stated in the article. However, shoe sizes can vary from one brand to another. In case of an incorrect size, you can return the article. You can use our size help tool, but if you are still unsure about the size, please send us an email ( order@annapops.be ) and we will measure the inside and guide you further in your purchasing process.

Article 4: Online purchases
The ordering procedure via Anna Pops is as follows:

Anna Pops is entitled to refuse an order as a result of a serious shortcoming on the part of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved and whether there is a suspicion of fraud.

Article 5: Shipping and execution
Your order will be shipped within three business days after receipt of your payment unless otherwise stated. If there is an abnormal delay in the delivery period due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, either with us or with the suppliers, we will inform you of this without delay, including information about the updated delivery period.

We are not liable for damage, loss or other problems during shipping. We do our utmost to prevent these possible problems.
Please make sure that you provide us with your details completely and correctly. Incorrect delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility and may result in additional costs that are charged to the customer.
If you request a method of delivery that differs from the method we use, any additional costs will be charged.


The risks of loss and damage to the goods are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. However, if the customer does not comply with its contractual obligations, the risk of loss and damage to the products will be transferred to the customer at the time when delivery should have taken place without breach of obligations on the part of the customer.

Products are delivered worldwide and rates can be found at delivery and shipping.

Customers may cancel free of charge if goods cannot be delivered within 30 days after conclusion of the agreement for any reason, in accordance with Article VI.43 of the Code of Economic Law.

Delivery is carried out by Bpost and the duration and costs associated with this can be found in the delivery and shipping costs.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported to Anna Pops by the Customer without delay and within 2 days.

Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Anna Pops until full payment has been made by the Customer.

The Customer undertakes to inform third parties of Anna Pops' retention of title if necessary, e.g. anyone who might seize items that have not yet been fully paid for.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal / return
The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase articles online from Anna Pops in their capacity as consumers.

The customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days. He is free to provide us with additional information in order to improve our services.
Goods with a discount (outlet items or items marked with a discount) can also be returned, but within a period of 7 days in order to be able to sell them to other customers.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you, who are not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to proceed:

  1. Register your return via this link .
  2. You go through the steps in the return portal. You pay your return label (6 euros incl. VAT for Belgium, 8 euros incl. VAT for the Netherlands). Unless you accept a credit note, then returning is free.
  3. Please always return the products unused, in the original packaging and with labels stating your name and order number.
  4. We will make sure that you can exchange your item for a different size or that you will get your money back if you want to cancel the purchase (minus any previously paid delivery costs). We will refund you after receipt and inspection of the item. Outlet items will be refunded in a credit note. ( see conditions )
  5. You can also agree to another payment method, such as a gift card, in which case returns are also FREE.


You need to print a label, can be on A4, and simply drop off your parcel at a drop-off point (of DPD) near you. You also don't have to pay anything.

You can also return your package to our store, Eugeen Bosteelsstraat 10, 9300 Aalst.

Discounted items (sales and outlet) that were purchased online and returned within the specified period will not be refunded. You will receive a gift card for this.

Please note that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and instructions supplied. If the returned product is diminished in value in any way, Anna Pops reserves the right to hold you liable and claim damages for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the Customer's handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All returned items are carefully examined. The starting point here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but may not be used. If an item has suffered a decrease in value due to the customer's use, this will be charged to the customer.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. The shipping costs for returning packages within the standards are 6 euros (incl. VAT) for Belgium and 9 euros (incl. VAT) for the Netherlands. These amounts are your responsibility as a consumer and will be deducted from the refund for the return.

If the product does not fall within the standard dimensions, we will let you know what the return costs will be.

Article 8: Warranty
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.

Anna Pops will process the customer's request as soon as reasonably possible and will contact the customer concerned. If the question, comment or complaint relates to the guarantee, the manufacturer/producer must in principle be involved, so that the processing of the request or complaint can take more time.

Article 9: Sanctions for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to Anna Pops, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer shall owe, by operation of law and without notice, an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount from the date of default. In addition, the Customer shall owe, by operation of law and without notice, a fixed compensation of 10% on the amount in question, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Anna Pops reserves the right to take back items that have not been (fully) paid for.

Article 10: Privacy
Anna Pops respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

Article 11: Use of cookies
During a visit to the site, 'cookies' can be placed on the hard drive of your computer. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the other provisions.

The failure at any time by Anna Pops to enforce any of the rights stated in these Terms and Conditions, or to exercise any right hereunder, shall never be deemed to be a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of these rights.

Article 13: Changes to conditions
These Conditions are supplemented by other conditions to which explicit reference is made, and the general sales conditions of Anna Pops. In the event of any conflict, these Conditions shall prevail.

Article 14: Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.

Article 15: Intellectual property
You can always consult the 'Anna Pops' website; annapops.be . External commercial use of this website and its data is only permitted with written permission. Nothing from this webpage may be copied, stored and/or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission from Anna Pops. 'Anna Pops' is not responsible for external websites and social media with which it may be linked.

Article 16: Applicable law - Disputes
Of course, we always hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied.

We will do everything we can to handle your complaint within 7 days.
All agreements that we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are exclusively governed by Belgian law. The courts of the district of Dendermonde are competent to hear all disputes, or at the discretion of Anna Pops, any other court that is competent according to the rules of the Judicial Code. If, for reasons of international law, another law applies, the interpretation of these general terms and conditions will first be based on the Belgian Market Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
