Returns & Exchanges
You can submit your exchange or return request online via this link . You will be guided through a step-by-step plan.
The items you purchased through us can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
You pay the costs for this yourself . You send the shoes or accessories (undamaged and complete) back at your own expense and Anna Pops then sends the exchanged shoes or accessories back to you at their expense (once).
How to proceed:
- Register your return via this link .
- You will be guided through a step-by-step plan and a return label will be created for you (you will immediately receive a payment invitation: 6 euros incl. VAT for Belgium, 8 euros incl. VAT for the Netherlands) (within 48 hours).
- Please always return the products unused, in the original packaging and with labels stating your name and order number.
- We will make sure that you can exchange your item for a different size or that you will get your money back if you want to cancel the purchase (minus any previously paid delivery costs). We will refund you after receipt and inspection of the item. Outlet items will be refunded in a credit note. (see conditions )
- You can also agree to another payment method, such as a gift card, in which case returns are also FREE.
You need to print a label, can be on A4, and simply drop off your parcel at a drop-off point (of DPD) near you. You also don't have to pay anything.

You can also return your package to our store, Eugeen Bosteelsstraat 10, 9300 Aalst.
Discounted items (sales and outlet) that were purchased online and returned within the specified period will not be refunded. You will receive a gift card for this.
Please note that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and instructions supplied. If the returned product is diminished in value in any way, Anna Pops reserves the right to hold you liable and claim damages for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the Customer's handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All returned items are carefully examined. The starting point here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but may not be used. If an item has suffered a decrease in value due to the customer's use, this will be charged to the customer.
If the product does not fall within the standard dimensions, we will let you know what the return costs will be.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:
- the supply of goods manufactured to the Customer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person;
- the supply of goods which spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of contracts for a subscription to such publications;
IN SUMMARY.
The shoes will be returned provided that:
- Exchanges will take place within 14 working days after receipt of your order.
- The shoes are still in their original shipping condition, the shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box.
- Outlet items or items with a discount can be returned within a period of 1 week . A credit note will be created anyway, no refund in money.
- The risk of returning (shipping) lies entirely with the customer.
